Keep safe, wear your mask.

We’ve all seen the news. A new Covid-19 variant, named Omicron is looming over the horizon. The government has put measures in place in the lead up to Christmas. Masks are now mandatory in Retail environments and on public transport across England.

Face masks to be worn in all of our offices. And legally required by all lettings agents.

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our staff and our customers. We will now require all staff, customers and subcontractors to wear a face covering when entering any of our offices. We will also have hand sanitizer available in our offices.

Face coverings compulsory during viewings, valuations, Inspections and Inventories.

Adding on to having face coverings mandatory in the office, we will also require face coverings for our staff and customers during any activities that heighten the chances of the spreading of covid-19.
We will be offering 360 degree virtual tours where we can. Virtual viewings will offer a significant advantage over physical viewings, as they will massively reduce wait times for a viewing.

We’ll keep you in the loop.

The current covid-19 guidance is due for another review by the government in 3 weeks. We will carefully monitor the situation as it progresses and give you regular updates to keep you informed. Stay safe.
