The renting process
Renting property with Switch Properties couldn’t be easier, here’s our step-by-step guide.
STEP 2
Choosing a property
Once you’ve viewed the properties you had an interest in, either in person or by a virtual viewing. It’s time to narrow it down to choosing the one you’d like to go ahead with.
STEP 3
Checks and references
It’s time to get your paperwork together and references collected. Then it’ll be checked out by our team to make sure you’ve submitted all the necessary information for renting.
STEP 4
Signing and deposits
Once the let has been agreed, it’s time to sign the tenancy agreement and for you to pay the deposit.
STEP 5
Move-in day
Come collect your keys because it’s time to move in! We’ll hand over the inventory that’s to be filled in and can also give you a walk through of the property.
STEP 6
Enjoy
Relax and sit back, that’s your renting process completed. We’ll still be here if you need further assistance.
Reporting a maintenance issue or repair?
If you are renting with us at the moment and have a repair to report, please let us know and we’ll see to it as soon as possible.
